Information you provide
We process your email address and the study material you choose to provide, including goals, plans, copied text, questions, links, PDFs, slides and photos. Coach outputs, quizzes, flashcards and review history are stored with your account so you can return to them.
How your information is used
Your information is used to authenticate you, generate personalized study material, save your progress, improve reliability and protect the service from misuse. Your private study content is not displayed to other students.
AI processing
Content submitted to Coach or the plan creator is sent to an AI service to generate the requested response. Avoid uploading passwords, financial details, medical records or other information you do not need for studying.
Browser and local storage
PrepBuddy AI uses cookies or local browser storage to keep you signed in and remember essential session information. Clearing browser data may sign you out, but does not automatically delete information saved to your account.
Retention and your choices
We retain account and study data while your account is active or as needed to operate and secure the service. You may contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information.
