How refunds, cancellations and billing work for PrepBuddy Pro. Last updated October 8, 2026.
Cancel anytime
PrepBuddy Pro is a subscription you can cancel at any time. There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee. When you cancel, you keep full access to every Pro feature until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, your account returns to the free plan and no further charges are made.
14-day refund guarantee
If you are not happy with PrepBuddy Pro, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your most recent payment. This applies to both monthly and annual plans. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
How to request a refund
Email rafapatel03@gmail.com with the email address on your PrepBuddy account and your Dodo Payments receipt or order reference. You do not need to explain an elaborate reason — a short note that you would like a refund is enough. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Billing through Dodo Payments
Payments for PrepBuddy Pro are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. Dodo Payments handles payment processing, taxes, currency conversion and receipts. "PrepBuddy AI" or "Dodo Payments" will appear on your payment statement.
Renewals
Monthly plans renew every month and annual plans renew every 12 months on the date of your original purchase, unless you cancel beforehand. We will continue access until the paid period ends even if a renewal payment fails, and we will contact you about the failed payment before access is removed.
Free plan
PrepBuddy AI's free plan costs nothing and never involves a payment, so no refunds apply to it. You can use the free plan for as long as you like without entering any card details.
