These terms apply when you use PrepBuddy AI, including free and paid PrepBuddy Pro subscriptions. Last updated October 8, 2026.
Merchant of Record & Payments
Our order and checkout process is conducted by our online Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments (dodopayments.com). Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Dodo Payments handles billing, payment processing, tax compliance, invoices, and customer payment support.

Study assistant
PrepBuddy AI provides study-planning and learning tools. The free plan offers limited use, and the paid PrepBuddy Pro plan unlocks every feature. Features may change as the service is improved.
Subscriptions and billing
PrepBuddy Pro is offered as a monthly ($4.99/month) or annual ($29.99/year) recurring subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds and cancellation
You can request a full refund within 14 days of your most recent payment, as described in our Refund Policy. Cancelling a subscription does not by itself entitle you to a refund beyond that policy.
Fair use
PrepBuddy Pro includes a fair-use cap of 50 AI generations per day to keep the service fast and reliable for everyone.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring uploaded material may lawfully be used.
AI accuracy disclaimer
AI responses can be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Always check formulas, solutions, summaries and study guidance against trusted textbooks, teachers and official course or exam sources. PrepBuddy AI does not guarantee grades, results or admission outcomes.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break laws, invade another person's privacy, upload harmful content, disrupt the service or submit material you do not have permission to use.
Availability and responsibility
The service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted access. To the extent allowed by law, PrepBuddy AI is not responsible for decisions or losses based on AI-generated content.
